For me (you do you), a clean health certificate from a WG means little to nothing.

First off, there is no telling if the certificate is real and accurate. The WG could have paid someone to make her a certificate even someone that has access to certificate paper. The WG could have gone to a fly-by-night clinic that printed her an inaccurate certificate and "she honestly did not know it was fake."

Second, let's just assume that all is up and up on the certificate front. How often does she get tested? Did she have any sexual contact with anyone (not just a punter) subsequent to the blood work drawn for the test? Was the blood drawn after the incubation period for all STDs of concern after her last sexual contact with anyone (not just a punter)?

I am not a medical professional, so my additional "layman" thought on BBFS is this ...

A WG is offering BBFS. Punter #1 avails of the offered service. WG cleans up afterwards and moves on to Punter #2, who also avails of the offered service. How confident can Punter #2 be that he isn't stirring the porridge left by Punter #1 because the WG's cleansing routine did not remove sufficient traces of Punter #1's activities.
