You may miss them, but, hopefully they have attained the financial goals that enticed them into this business in the first place. It is nice to think that they have moved on to another phase of their life that they were seeking through this particular work. I am sure most of us have put up with some crappy job with the expectations that the effort will have some pay-off in the future.
