Yes she shouldn't have said 'its okay, thats fine' from a business point of view, but that wasn't rude either!  If a client has found a better deal somewhere else then he/she should go take that deal. I mean its all about business, and if Mr. 3Million RMB a year can't understand that I have no idea how he has 2000 people under him... I'm pretty sure from his accent he's American, and I've never really liked Americans in general but even for them this guy is a piece of work, but I hope it is a specific case, and not all foreigners like that! My blood is boiling after this because this specific case will give other foreigners a very bad name!
