As with most things, it'll depend on the girl, but expect to get either your balls, taint and/or arsehole massaged, in any combination, along with a HJ. I understood prostrate to be the arse massage, and vein the balls, but it's pretty much a generic description I reckon, that covers HJ in general.
Then again, I've never actually asked (language barrier) for the prostrate/vein to be worked on, I've often just let the girl do her thing.
