I married my college classmate. Met during freshman orientation and married 10 years later. Now I am dating a college student close to my daughter's age. Met her at a hostess club in Tokyo but she was not one of the hostess. She worked behind the bar. (I was lucky that she didn't worry about my age--which is more than twice hers)

GOT THAT RIGHT!!  LOL... actually my marriage is not that bad.  I have friends who have terrible marriages but to be honest and fair, it's usually the guy's fault for their wife's bad behaviors.  My marriage is fair, it's fun and family time is awesome with my boys.  I get my fair share of bed-time at home but I'm a sex addict, therefore I have lots of *ahem "energy" to spare for outside GFs, Mistresses and WGs.  I've  been with my wife forever and married really early because I simply had to "bag" her before someone else did, there is NO WAY in the world that I could have done better so I didn't marry because I was head over heels for her, although I was at one point, it was because I KNEW there was no other woman I would rather marry ever.  Many years and kids later, I still feel the same way, if not more so.  My friends however resent their marriages, especially the ones who felt pressured into marriage.  Marriage is easy as long as you don't get caught with you pants down and you actually listen to the woman (hardest thing thing to do in a marriage, ask ANYONE who is married).  For me, I just never forget important dates and have my jeweler and flower shop on my speed-dial.  This is the perfect formula for a good marriage.

First she is way out of my league.  Second she's a real sweetheart.  Third she knows how to handle money.  Fourth she's very educated.  Fifth she's VERY family oriented.  Sixth MY FAMILY (EVERY SINGLE MEMBER) loves her.  Seventh my mom has an affinity for her because my wife's bloodline is from the same village in China as my Mother's and Grandmother's bloodline so they speak the same dialect as well.  How did I bag her?  I dated her, took her V (she's very old fashioned and it took a lot of patience), didn't need much thought so I asked her family first if it was alright if I asked her to marry me, I asked her, she said yes as long as her family approved, that was that... a year after the engagement we had a small city hall wedding and a huge banquet that very night.  When you KNOW it, you KNOW it...  DO NOT GET PRESSURED INTO MARRIAGE!  That is the most important thing, make sure YOU want to do it and make sure that you will never find anyone better otherwise you'll end up in divorce like A LOT of people.
