DA, Lao Sai is an alternative term for Lao Ban which also means BOSS. However, LAO SAI is less used than LAO BAN because LAO SAI literally translates to OLD and SMALL No one wants to be reminded that they're getting older and dick is getting smaller

i totally agree with geoduck on this one. lao - means old and sai means small.  I guess it makes sense for a slang "boss"  :-) IMHO

No, the "sai" in "sai gweilo" (actually it should probably be spelled "sei") means dead, death, die, you get the picture.

They never call me Lao Sai or Lao Ban but always call me Dai Gor, meaning Big Brother in Chinese. I would always ask them to call me by my name.

Lao Sai : normally is Boss, but can also be

if a friend say, he's my lao sei mean he's my buddy

the worst case is you have a small brain

They will shout "Lao Sai" to get you in and "Lao Gung" while doing the deed

Not sure why Asian like to call the other "Lao Gung" (translated= husband) while doing it though..
