Let's start with looks. I think the pictures are more representative of her than usual if you can calibrate your eye to the usual photo shop tricks. She has a very triangular face with a pointed chin and wide mouth that shows off slightly too large teeth for her face. In my opinion this gives her a unique and pleasing look, especially when she smiles. I can see it not working for everyone though.
