Borders are everywhere bro - if someone is on the right side of the border, you can't call him or her "out".  

Is it OK to pay a girl who had to leave school early and can't earn as much in a month as she can in 45 min with you, but it's not OK to give the same money for the same service to a girl who is lucky enough to be able to stay in school at the same age?  

Gotta look at that closely!

16yo is legal only between 2 minors (a 17yo guy with a 16yo girl)

but it's strictly prohibited a adult + a minor (in hk and in many countries)
