I agree, you can never know 100%, the guy before you can leave a little present, even porn stars catch things occasionally and they have all the testing that money can buy. But given that getting an std's is a relatively rare event (as shown in the forum's polls) this means the combination of infected punters/WG, and the chance of passing it on, is rare.  A place that never tests may over time accumulate a few girls with something, especially something asymptomatic.  A place with regular testing will really reduce this risk, never to zero, but to something pretty small.  I would definetly favour one sauna over another that does this. OK, OK I'll stop being a pussy and will just do it...occasionally.  Thinking of doing a 2 day trip to Macau next week TunaTin, the artist formerly know as bcs74
