This is a horrible crime, everybody wants to see the criminals brought to justice. Its a foolish plan, but if you want to be a vigilante and stop him yourself, then grow a pair and stop fantasizing about how you hurt him without getting in trouble yourself. I would like to think that any good citizen witnessing an attack of this sort would endeavor to stop the assailant from escaping until the police arrived. I doubt than any reasonable person would dream up ridiculous legal loopholes while doing so. -G Don't flame me, I swear those insults were supposed to be taken as compliments!
