I think you can only equate your punting budget with what you propose to spend on your GF/SO.   Comparing it to other things don't make sense.  There's a need there for all of us to get some action- it's just how much you can afford or want to put into it.  Personally, i'd rather get an awesome experience punting than getting the latest gadget any day of the week.  But i'd never bother to take one or the other- they're a seperate bucket.

No doubt punting is relatively expensive anywhere in the world. Most WG's would probably be doing something other than blowing & fucking random guys that turn up at their door. So they do it because they can earn ~20 times a standard basic hourly rate regardless of the country they work in. Of course it is relative to cost of living etc and the multiple may vary but you get my point. A WG can earn more in a day than they otherwise would if they worked at a restaurant or shoe store for a month's work.

So on our side of things the issue is the cost of the service which has to be high to pay this multiple to the girls. fair enough I say, I hope they earn, save and are rewarded for their good work.

Now I just need to earn more to punt more!! Oh and back to the original question, never compare a new iPhone or xbox to a punt, it's a bit depressing really and you don't need a new iPhone or your wife/boss might call you while you are punting!

Yes I did that at the beginning and some friends did that too.
you quickly realize that its pointless and almost cruel.
Everything has a market price and that's it.

I mean, if you compare the price to say, a ps3, you're seeing the girl as just a thing to be used also.
And besides, a ps3 can give you so so many hours of fun and keep on giving for years.... while a girl is just an hour fling.

in some sense i do agree with this. however, the way puntonomics works for me is i consider the money i would have spent if i had a girlfriend. then realize how many punts i can get with that money.

i think you just put me to sleep with all those theory and formulae....

just like adrenal post above, after a big loss in a gambling sessions, i would usually think about how much things i could buy with those money etc etc..and one of them would be how many times i'll be able to visit the girls...
but usually get over it by the next day anyway..since it happens so many times i'm kinda used to it already...LOL

The math punting formula was a bit over my head.  To be honest I glanced over it and then my head started to hurt so I stopped looking at it...
