OK, listen carefully, because I have something to say that destroys the argument of the original post.
Bareback oral and bareback vagainal sex are NOT the same risk.
About ten years ago, when I first started mongering, I experienced flu-like symptoms two weeks after getting a BBBJCIM. I was scared shitless because I read many HIV victims get flu-like symptoms shortly after infection.
I called the AIDS hotline in the U.S., run by the Center for Disease Control. They told me not to worry. Of the 250,000 cases of AIDS on file, NONE of them were from a BBBJCIM. If you get AIDS from a BBBJ, you would be the first documented case. The only risk is for the girl. And even that risk is extremely low.
See for yourself...

"The risk of getting HIV through receiving oral sex is very, very low." (Notice they said "very" twice)
The University of California San Francisco goes further, and declares BBBJ to be "safe"
http://hivinsite.ucsf.edu/insite?page=ask-06-03-16
"You cannot get HIV from contact with saliva alone, so insertive oral sex (that is a man receiving oral sex) is safe"
The HIV virus cannot survive in saliva. This is why it is extremely rare for lesbians (who do DATY all the time) to get AIDS.
There is a theoretical chance it can happen if there are bleeding gums. But there's a theoretical chance of anything happening, even getting struck by lightning three days in a row. If you look into the science and statistics, the truth is clear. BBBJCIM for guy is extremely safe. While it's very safe for the girl, there is slightly higher risk for her. It is certainly safer for both parties than bareback vaginal sex.
Of course, you can catch other disease from BBBJ. But not HIV. As for vagina or anal, of course you need to use condoms.
