That can be discouraging and doesn't help with keeping members. I enjoy reading the reports and try to contribute. It seems at times like the points system doesn't encourage as much sharing with new guys but doling points out to your buddies. I don't live or visit Asia much so I don't get the opportunity partake in the hobby. I only just saw the  "rest of the world" section, so I guess I'll try to write a couple reports there from where I am located. If you only punt a few times a year then it would be very difficult to move up through the ranks. So put on your dancing shoes and get out there punting! (Yes I'm STILL patting myself on the back.lol).... I don't think that we should make it easier for noobs to get their next level ups. But.... I do agree with master obe (wan), that we should all be more active... Giving out Ks and whatnot. I don't know if it's possible, but since majority of the action is in HK channels, let's give more attention to fellow hobbyists in other jurisdictions. I don't know about y'all, but being stuck in the danged trailer park makes me wonder what happens in the rest of the world... I appreciate those who are providing Intel in other parts... It didn't take long to see I was not helping myself. The section on guidelines could be spelled out a little more clearly as you have to dig a little. After making a couple  reports I could finally see how this works. I really enjoy reading the reports and checking out what pictures I can see.
