I don't think a sauna is possible for that in HK and probably not for Macau either.

I had tried to find a sauna or KTV in Macau that would let my wife in with me and they have all refused. In my experience, many girls (maybe most) are open to couples but depending on the culture it depends how you approach the subject.

In Europe it is no problem for 95% of girls to see couples and they advertise it as a proper service with rates and do/do nots. In HK I imagine that, depending on the girl, you may have more luck with independent girls working out of hotels (I just get the feeling). This may also give your OH a gentle introduction as, depending on the parlour, they can be intimidating the first time out.

The other option is to visit a couple of parlours/saunas and make enquiries about which girls would/would not be willing? As always I imagine that money would do the talking when it comes down to he bottom line.
