When you say report, do you mean report back to their agent? I have heard stories about agents not really caring whilst some agents are apologetic and may even offer a discount next time. Anyhow, thats why this forum and forums like this are such a gold mine. Although the service you receive from a WG is subjective, you can get a great suggestion from the review by another bro.
