Report says the reason there is never a police raid is because it  is run by the cops. The ICAC are investigating. Thought to myself 141 is legal so what, SO says WG charges $350 and probably keeps about $100, then says how can men do it, its dirty, the sheets probably never gets changed ! She asks me have I ever visited WG ! Of course not I replied.
