Might have STD

I am not sure where to post this and I do not want to ruin this girls name, but I think I might have an STD from a girl from HK. I went to the Yau Ma Tei health clinic and was diagnosed with Chlamydia and was given anti-biotics. At the time, it was only a burning sensation when peeing, but today I found on the shaft of my penis a red little spot. It feels itchy, and looks like as if I scraped my knee on the pavement and there is a little cut. Not sure really how to describe it, but its not sticking out, just appears to be able to see the flesh inside. I think it might be syphilis as It's quite itchy, so I will go to see the clinic again tomorrow. I am very very worried as this can ruin my life.

The details of how I received it was through oral sex. I am pretty sure, although not 100%. This female is quite famous at giving oral and rim jobs, and even my asshole feels a bit sore when I wipe. I didn't get it checked out, but I will also get that checked as well.

If you have been feeling any symptoms and want to PM me, we can discuss if we saw the same girl.

If this is in the wrong area, please move it. This is not a bashing thread or name calling, I just want to help others as myself I am very very scared that I might have syphilias or worse

Appreciate your discreet sharing ... good warning without creating a witch-hunt.

You didn't say:  have you told the girl yet?

If not you should tell her ... and if it might be more than one, tell them too ...

Bbbj contains some STD risks, you can probably check on the medhelp website. I agree with Dartagnan, you should tell the girl so she can take necessary action if she wants to...not always sure they understand the implications though, but they are as scared as us of the risks.

STD Chart

Your post is good reminder for me to be careful with BBBJ...

FYI, don't want to freak you out, here is the list of STD you may catch through BBBJ :
What      You Can Get if Your Partner is Infected
KNOWN RISKS
POSSIBLE RISKS
UNKNOWN
Performing      oral sex on a man
Performing      oral sex on a woman
none
Receiving      oral sex - man
none
Receiving      oral sex - woman
none
Anal      sex - top
none
Anal      sex - bottom
none
Vaginal      sex - man
none
Vaginal      sex - woman
none
Oral-anal Sex
none
*  You could be at risk if the receiver hasjust topped someone else.
**  Very low risk.
***  Unprotected anal sex is a very high risk activity for a bottom, much more so than for a top. The risk of HIV transmission to a bottom during unprotected anal sex is 15 in 1,000 versus 3 in 10,000 from a bottom to a top.
  • Kissing, mutual masturbation, and frottage or dry humping are considered safer sex activities, with little to no risk of STD transmission.
  • Using latex condoms (male or female) significantly reduces the risk of contracting STDs during anal, vaginal and oral sex.
  • Washing hands and the genital area thoroughly before and after oral-anal sex reduces the risk of transmission of most of the listed STDs and conditions. Condom use reduces transmission risk even further.

Syphilis or Herpes depending. Syph is fairly rare these days in industrialized countries, but PRC is not one of those. Both have similar incubation cycles.

I'm not an MD, but chances are it's Herpes. Much more common microbes, but if you had it, it would be a series of vesicles (blisters) and not just one.

Syph is almost impossible via BBBJ. I disagree with SF City Clinic's chart. Either HSV-I or II is possible via orogenital contact. They know this. Syph is much more unlikely because the WG would have had to have the microbe in her throat. Not impossible, but that's not the usual parking place for Syph.

I am collecting some Chinese solo girl striptease DVDs right now. In 2 or 3 of the segments, I've seen girls model with open genital warts or Herpes vesicles. Really nasty looking stuff. Yeah, shaking my head....

Good luck, and hope there's no SO in your life you may have to explain this to.

Just get a full STI checkup.  All it requires is a blood and urine sample.  I'm surprised the clinic you went to didn't do this the first time.

And to clear up some FUD, when receiving a BBBJ you still have a pretty low chance of contracting chlamydia, syphilis, herpes, hepatitis or AIDS.  Receiving rimming is even more unlikely.  It's likely that you didn't receive it from the BBBJ.  You know what sexual activities you engaged in so you can ponder it.  Regardless, other than AIDS, drugs can fix up these infections as long as you're honest with your doctor about your activities so they know what they're dealing with.

Also, hepatitis A and B and herpes isn't as bad as uninformed people make it out to be.  For one thing, if you were born in a western country in a modern hospital in the late 1970s and later, you were likely vaccinated against hepatitis at birth.  However, some people may require a booster shot after 20-30 years.  Over 95% of hepatitis B carriers won't show any symptoms their entire life and actually hepatitis B is prevalent among the Chinese population.  Herpes is also a common virus usually shown in cold sores.

Of note, it's not called sexually transmitted disease anymore.  It's called sexually transmitted infection.  Infection is more accurate than disease.

...

i disagree. Hep B can be very dangerous.
What makes it so dangerous is that you will not notice anything wrong and won't realize you have cirosis until it is way too late.

Dont worry so much...

I am not sure if you have an SO (do you?) but if not, dont worry so much.

Most STD's have extremely mild consequences for men.  A rash, some blisters (if Herpes) for a week and then nothing.  Yeah, something like Herpes can return every now and then but in 90% of the cases the symptoms never appear again.  It is currently assumed that 50% of the US population has one of the various Herpes viruses in their system and dont even know it.  Most STDs have aquired an extremely vile reputation NOT because of how bad they actually are, but because having one means you are slut!  That's it.  So, if you dont have an SO to transmit it to just take the antibiotics or anti-virals for the week and relax.

HIV is freaking serious, to be sure, but almost impossible to get via a blowjob unless you have an open wound on your dick and she has an open wound in her mouth (blood stream to blood stream is required).

Now then.., if you DO have an SO you MUST be careful.  A few of these STDs that are relatively harmless to men do cause more serious problems in women (Clamydia, Gonnorrea, etc.).  They may never get a visible symptom either, but it can cause serious complications in their plumbing which can lead to them being unable to have kids.  So... ya gotta take care.

What      You Can Get if Your Partner is Infecte ...

Correct me if I am wrong. The worst time to do a girl is when she is near or on her period ?  During this time you are more vulnerable to catching something because of all the blood.  On the other hand, it doesn't matter.

I had a girl that I saw going to the bathroom using toilet tissue to wipe her virginal. Some blood came out.  I asked was she on her period ? She said NO.  Later she place a small towel under her, strange. After we where done. She looked at the bed sheets more closer. Later she confessed she was just starting her period but she wasn't sure when we started.

BBBJ under water

Ok, we all agree BBBJ can be dangerous. What about BBBJ under water ?

I have the feeling (maybe wrong) that it's safe to have it during shower ? I know that some guys allow it during bath, then ask the girl to cap them in bed.Does someone know something about it ? I can't find any information online.

Im so scared, I do not know how to tell my SO. I am so ashamed and I am pretty sure it is gential herpesm, but I will have to wait 3 weeks to find out for sure.

Can anyone give me some advice? I don't know what to do. Should I come clean and tell her I cheated or should I say that I might have been infected a long time ago and now only showing symptoms. I do know I have had cold sores and mouth herpes, but never genital.

What should I do

If you got tested by a doctor in the clinic and was told you had chlamydia, why would you think you have something else ?  if it is chlamydia, its easily treatable and I understand the problem can go away within 10 days !

You said you were going to go for another test ... ask your doctor for proper advise, your decision on telling your SO should be based on the length of treatment and if its completely curable or if it will reoccur !

Do NOT come clean

Bro, dont come clean - very few relationships survive it.  "Thinking" and "knowing" are two extremely different things.  She can live with "thinking" and wondering if you cheated.., she might not be able to live with "knowing" you did.

If you have Herpes the clinic can confirm quickly.  It is the type of virus ((as we all know) that stays with you forever and can occassionally come back to an active state - so YES, you can claim that you must have picked it up years ago.  Google it - you'll see that it is a very common virus and that the actual complications caused by it are typically very mild - in fact, most people with herpes never shown ANY active symptoms.  You can even go on the "slight' offensive and wonder if you caught it from your SO.

I had a rash once that freaked me out.  Clinic confirmed it was just a yeast infection (bloody hell what good news that was!!!).  Anyway, my SO got a rash aswell and though I am convinced that it was I who brought it into the house, she was convinced that it was HER.  (Yeast infections being a fairly common thing for a gal to get from time to time).  She was very apologetic and embarrased.

So, the rule of DENY, DENY, DENY holds.  Just my opinion....

Well I went to get testes the first time, and the only symptoms that I was showing was having a burning unrination. The next day I noticed a blister on my penis and my anus was also very sore. I took a picture of my anus and found to be a dry patch there so I went to the clinic again.

They said could be herpes but not 100%. I wont know until 3 weeks, but until then, not sure what I should do.

If it is herpes and I tell her after 3 weeks, she will be more upset. But if I come clean now, maybe we can work through this? I am not sure, please God help me!

Did you ask the doctor how long from infection till these symptoms appears ?
as in - when did you do this girl and when did you get these symptoms - the timeline is very important and only your doctor can advise you on this !
