is there a guide for 1st timers hotel call?

Im a newbie here, I read there's a guide for 1st timers walk in but how about hotel call?
what i would like to know is how does it work, such as:
1st. I look at the DB, then call the girl, then the broker / the girls received my call, and what happens if the girl dont hv time or not avail, etc.
Moreover how about if i would like to ask her to come to my apartment service instead of hotel, is that also ok?
