Tang shut up after that on the GST, but...let's say wander runs for CE. What Would wander Do (WWwD?)?

tax breaks for short-time hotels in Wanchai. free condoms for WGs. a special all-female serious kick-butt task force to be mobilized in cases of violence against WGs. declaring Jordan-to Shamshuipo a designated "historic mongering area" where no shopping malls may be constructed, but buildings may be retrofitted (according to fire/building codes) into special 141-buildings where every flat--of a designated minimum size--is reserved for WGs. special visas for sex-workers. the tax situation wd be complex, but new Chief Executive wander would sort it out!

i think we're on the right track here, but remember, HK is a laissez-faire economy. that means the govt doesn't interfere much with the private sector, but provides security, education, fiscal responsibility and keeps taxes low. an example:

mandating that private-establishments provide reduced-price products, not laissez-faire. allowing loyalty programs where after a certain amount has been spent, benefits can be enjoyed, definitely laissez-faire.
