I don't know how many of these 141's actually live and sleep in these flats during the stay, I would guess that the majority do. Anyway, this happened to me quite often when hitting up a 141's early in the morning say 11:00am. Some WG's leave the welcome signs up even while they're sleeping. It doesn't make sense to me, nothing is as big a turn off as a girl with the next morning look. I wish they'd just flip or take off the sign.
