Now that the Tsuen Wan cohort has become more expensive it looks like the entry-level has moved out even further into the 'burbs.   I did have a good experience with a walkup there (and did report) but decided it was a heck of a long way to trek for saving no more than $100 minus travel cost ... too much fun to be had closer to home.   Definitely interested to hear if anyone's got HG experience to report!   Hear Ye!  The Mayor has spoken!
