I like the masseuse & beautician arrangement. Masseuse is kind of uncertainty in look whereas beautician  you can see face to face. I usually pay 600+ tips to masseuse & 1K+ to the beautician on top of the house charge. Enjoy a good steam bath/ Sauna & pool service before the massage Recently Windsor change to use electronic bracelet In the locker room.
