You would like to use QQ to communicate with your Chinese girlfriends, but like me, you don't want to install QQ, scared that it main contain some horrible communist spywares and virus ?

It's all in english, just follow the steps. Once it's done, you will receive an account activation email.

Now, instead of installing the software, you can access it online. It's slow, but working, and doesn't require any installation. Very simple, but in Chinese. Here are the steps :

1/ Go to http://web.qq.com It is a virtual QQ desktop

2/ There is a toolbar on the left, click on the icon with the big penguin.
3/ A popup will open for you to login : fill your QQ account number in the 1st field, and your password in the 2nd field, then click on the big blue button


Now you are logged in your QQ account, it's working like the original software, though response time is slightly slower,
