Me and a Bud will be dropping by Humen by ourselves, and this is our first time there. There are so many reports about DG I am getting kind of confused. I was hoping whether some regular mongers to DG can shares some info regarding "safe" joints or is there a mama/papasan that is highly recommended?

When mongers talk about DG, they are usually referencing Changping Town or Changan Town. They are famous for their KTVs and Saunas(which is a close equivalent to soapy massage, I guess). I'm not sure what you expect out of a soapy massage since I've not done one in BKK before. Changping's scene is supposedly better in quality, but Changan's is supposedly "wilder". I've not been to CA so I can't say too much. If you are landing at Humen but have no reason to spend time there, you might as well go directly to Changping for the KTVs. (Can you speak Mandarin, because it's almost a necessity to enjoy KTV).
