As far as I know/I think, we had always in the past mostly relied upon the goodwill and good sense of members here to police ourselves - in deciding what is appropriate to post up or not - and backed up by others' ability to comment/rate/suggest changes etc. IMHO, it would really be asking too much of our Mods to do this - PLUS the fact of the matter is that the Mods here only carry out what the majority of members here wants/think proper.

In that sense, we all are sub-mods in that we all do set the tone and the conduct of each one of us. Many times, the mods will not even act until they see that a lot of us find something not acceptable/they usually will NOT be the ones to put their feet down. ALL to their credit for truly being "moderate" in their duties.

And thus yes, I AM many times the bad guy for calling a spade a spade, as indeed an ordinary member like I could WITHOUT making it an edict from the heavens! Of course the Mods don't need for me to do this AT ALL - but ..... what the hay!! I ain't sex141 King Shit-Stirrer for nuthin'!

And as you can see, there ARE some guys here who neither have common sense nor respect for others. Sigh....!

I agree, it seems that the system that has been in place, with various RA settings does work on the whole.
It seems that a whole shit storm has been kicked up over something, that I think could never be proven. And it would be a shame to change a format that has worked so well, because a minority is upset over something.

Regarding the original gripe over posting, I am still not sure how anyone could establish if a WG had given permission to post photos. As even if verbally it had been agreed, no one would know for sure except for the two people involved.

And with all respect to all parties involved (and I do respect them) if photos are taken, it must be known there is a strong chance they are gonna go on the web somewhere. There has to be bros out there who would post them regardless of whether it was via this forum.

It would be nice to think that the majority on here, and from what I have observed they are. Conduct themselves within the spirit of the forum.

I have only been posting now for three months, but would like to add my comments to what has already been said.  Been mongering for about 15 years, and have found this site to be one of the most helpful that I have ever used.  Having the ads by the agents, and getting the feedback from the bros also has been great.  I like the fact that you can balance the photo shopping by the agents with actual pics by the bros here.  I have included many pictues myself to share with you guys, and have never felt that I was putting a working girl at risk, because you can't see the pictures unless you are an active participant in the system.  I'm really excited about reaching 500 karma points soon, but refuse to post a bunch of useless comments to reach it.  Thats what makes this site great!  You have to earn the "privilege" to see them.  
I think that any WG would be upset if she knew that their pictures were posted, even when they let you take the picture!  In fact, If they could read the graphic details of our encounters, they would be equally upset!!  That's my opinion!  The whole system depends on each of us, keeping this within the forum.  I'm not trying to judge anyone, because I have been enjoying the posts of the likes of SEAJ, Goose, Blazza, Etc...  But I think that if we share this info with others outside of the forum, there should be consequences for that action.  The succcess of this whole forum depends on the confidentiality of all.  You can't police every action of the group...it depends on each of us to be "mods" actually.  If we respect the confidentiality of the group, no WG should ever be upset, because they wouldn't even be aware of the details that are being shared.   Also, no WG should be harmed, because the only people that would know her identity, would be the ones that are actually participating.
  Having said all that, two people should face some kind of punishable action...1. anyone that shares with others outside of the forum  2. anyone that takes improperly acquired pictues of the WGs.  Both of these are equally wrong!!  That's just one man's opinion.

hopefully these new policies do not include higher RA, I understand that if the girl doesnt want her pic. on the forum then it shouldn't be there but it is also understandable that bros do not expicitly asked them if it is okay to post there picture online. I mean thats the point of the RA system to protect the girls from getting there photos viewed by non punters.

Actually implementing the High RA is understandable to prevent lurkers from grabbing hard earned REAL PICTURES and spreading them in the internet like facebook.

Yes I understand that, what I mean to say is I think the current karma requirement for pictures is good. It makes sure people are contributing while not seeming unattainable. I don't know if it's possible but maybe a combination of our forum and the Chinese forum where you need to reach a certain number of K to view the pictures and then in addition online "credits" to unlock the pictures as to stop the lurkers that goe dark after RA 30.

I understand the need for RA lvl to increase the security of the pics posted. My question is how much do we think is enough. There will always be someone who will abuse it once they reach that level.

The forum also relies on new members joining in and providing some more information. If we make the RA lvl so high, new people will just not contribute which is kinda destructive in itself.

Wouldn't it be better to reduce the amt of karma points a single post can receive which in turn requires the new members to be a more productive while not making it seem impossible to reach a high enough lvl to access the RA 30 posts and pics.

I have seen some posts which receive upto 40 K points while some only receive 2-5 K points. Both bros would have spent the same amt of money and time to gather those information. Only one may have pics and the writing style maybe a bit better, but the final purpose of the forum is the exchange of information which all posts should give.

Anyway just my 2 cents opinion on this matter. Will leave it to the senior bros to work it out.

i'm no expert but once you made enough contributuions and you leveled up, you would also want to increase the RA of the pictures you'll be posting simultaneously.
The pictures may still be grabbed or stolen then used elsewhere so i marked so others may know that those pictures originated from me.

It's to weed out the trolls and keep the group a bit tight knit.  It also serves to protect the WG.

i agree there have been a massive amount of fake reports recently. like all of a sudden someone is going to sit there and type up 4 reports in one sitting sometimes based on the same day?? doesn't make sense and my thoughts are they are agents who may have hired someone to write up reports for their girls (hey anything is possible in this country where money is king)

pic sharing with people outside this forum is not right. its for THIS forum only. Report sharing with WG's, that just takes the cake. as i have mentioned it has happened to me a few times now and yes i hear about it as all the girls tell me about it the next time i

The increased barriers to entry may actually reduce the fake reports.  It would take a lot more creative writing, and increased chances of getting caught before the prize is achieved.  Time will tell.

I wouldn't trust a guy who is reviewing a regular, anymore than I would trust a food critic who is reviewing their favourite restaurant.  The best reviews are when you have no intention of returning again - then you are truly honest.  Reviewing someone you repeat with is most likely subconscious shill.

I agree with the notion of protecting the WG's identity and support this decision for that reason, but increasing the RA does nothing to stop sharing.  I think that this whole tempest was started by some pretty high RA people.  That is handled by the threat to downgrade to MM.  

Oh I can't wait to see the match in the fireworks factory if and when that happens!  They'll be spreading Santorum everywhere!

LOL, sorry... much more simply saying, it is unfortunate we need to have additional rules just because a (likely small number) of Bros think showing a WG pics etc to get "into her good books" will make it easier and cheaper to get into her pants... bottom line is we want sex, theWGs want $$$... the system works perfectly. Exposing the identity of fellow Bros is obviously unfair to the Bro exposed and highly unlikely to make the WG feel any different about the idiot that does the exposing.

The new RA rules don't address the largely unenforceable etiquette issue discussed in this thread so I HOPE they are completely unrelated.

Frankly this forum seems to be slowing down and is starting to get boring.  Heck... my thread from 6 months back still somehow graces the first page of the Macau forum.  How sad!

We are losing traffic and getting less interesting posts... and this new RA business, which has been upped twice since I joined early last year, isn't helping to motivate anyone to create the posts that we all want to read.

I'm willing to bet that there are plenty of senior members who have noticed the slow down and would prefer a loosening of rules to counteract the changes rather than the slow tightening of a noose that we seem to be experiencing.

One of the cool things (ever since being a kid) was receiving mail.  I think I still remember when my very first addressed mail came to me.  It was advertising, but who cares, it was addressed to me.

I gave you a K above.  You would have seen that you received a K at the top of the screen.  It gives just a little bit of a reward doesn't it.  Admit it, we're just rats pushing levers to get un-needed food, just like the old ladies in the casino playing the slots, conditioned to hear the artificial sounds of coins dropping.

That's what adds to the addictivess of the board.  And when the K giving slows down, the participation does too.

We all have a new supply of K's to give each day.  We're all reading each other's posts.  And we are all just rats conditioned to stimulii.  If we want more participation, then we need to encourage the existing participation.  If RA is doubled, but K giving also doubles, then there is no harm done.

Mods can attest to how many Ks I give... believe me it's a lot as I can only give 2 at a time and get at most 20 in like 24 hrs.  You're post is ironic in that I have already used all of my Ks and have none left to give at this time ...LMAO!    

Let's go ahead and extend your suggestion... increase our K-power to balance out the increase in Ks needed to participate fully on this forum.  Mine hasn't been increased so far from what I can tell.  

Right now I don't understand what RA40 will get me anymore since the "Incremental guideline..." thread does not address RA40 and it now seems to overlap RA30.  Since its coming up on a year to get this far, by my calculation, it'll be 2 years before I can participate at any greater level in this forum because now I need to get to RA50 to see any benefit.  As you say I am a rat who needs stimulus... but now the cheese is unreachable and demotivating.

Yes, like you, I was quite sore that the whole cause of all these changes had not really been addressed - but upon reflection, what more could the Mods/Admin do?

Yeah, like I suggested previously, they could have just banned his ass from our forum - but it really wouldn't accomplish much.  This approach by the Mods will HOPEFULLY instead just put him and others on notice - that such sharing of reports with Gals/Agents is NOT going to be tolerated at all. Zero tolerance for such behaviour - especially when its just for totally selfish reasons.

Give these new rules a chance to settle in - and I hope to see that it will have the intended results.
