Agree... body types have "averages" that vary by ethnicity, but also outliers.  I have one regular, Lenny, who is 36E yet still has the small, slim asian build and a tiny ass.  She is totally natural.  Amazing.

I think they're probably real.  For them to be that large and be fake, I think there'd be a lot more tension/form.  You can only go so far with what you're originally blessed with, and if they were fake they'd probably look more globular.

The unfortunate thing about having breasts that big is that if you get breast reduction surgery, it ruins their look because of the scarring that happens after the surgery because of the incisions required (it involves 3 incisions: an areolar, an incision perpendicular to the areola extending inferiorly, and then an additional incision perpendicular to the second one).  Of course, at a certain point I'm sure vanity goes out the window and practicality takes over.
