Yeah I've noted the digit test is not 100%, it's just another thing to check. It normally works, but I had quite a few instances where fingers are about equal length.. Girls can have adams apples as well (is rare), just to confuse things more.
The only other test not covered on this thread, which has been 100% for me so far, is the arm test. Get them to hold their arm out straight, a womans arm will curve back slightly, where a mans arm will be dead straight.


I saw a few ladyboys at Neptune II, and two standing in line at immigration (figuring Thai) when I was arriving. Take what I say with a grain of salt but I was told that the process for "making" a lady boy starts before puberty. They are given estrogen hormones which thus reduces or eliminates any masculine attributes. This includes the Adams apple. I really want to find out.

it's possible that taking hormones before puberty would limit the development of male characteristics, like an adams apple...

but can you imagine the kind of parents that would allow that?  a 15 year old boy allowed by their parents to take hormones?  and the cost!

it's possible to eliminate most of these things with good surgery...and the thais are the experts.  the adams apple can be shaved down by a good surgeon.

if it develops, then no amount of hormones will make it go away...even if someone were to take female hormones at a young age, the boy would have some testosterone made in their balls to cause the development of male features..
