That is most likely and artifact left over from a surgical procedure. In the west we are very accustomed to having such things carefully masked after an appendix issue or Uterus procedure. Just in China, things are not always so well cared for. Someone should take one for the team and enlist her services, for research purposes only of course. ;-) --8th

I read in FHM that it's actually not that uncommon.  3 out of 10 people have one but it could look more like a mole or belmish than a full blown nipple ... However, tbh ... I have never seen one one any of the WG's I've been to ..
