I have been back in Shekou for a few days now and have been hunting around to learn more about the bar scene. I really like the bar scene in general as it is way more fun than the massage places. I think I would like KTV but there are no opportunities for me as I travel on my own and so do not have a group to go with. I need to figure out how to get into the KTV scene.  (Ideas from fellow punters are welcome.)

Anyway, back to the bar scene. I am learning that in general, the bar scene around Shekou is definitely dying. Not dead, but not what it was even back at the beginning of the year when I discovered it. Many bars have closed. Some remain open but the girls in them do not look so good and are not so friendly. At one bar, within 2 minutes of entering, the not-too-attractive girl inside offered me FS for 300 RMB. No fun, no chase, just straight to the "bottom line". If she had been a bit more good looking and a bit more friendly, I might have gone for her bottom line, but instead I left.

Anyway, on to the Singles Bar.  I walked by there last evening and a strikingly pretty young woman in a short red dress beckoned me in.  "Just one drink" she told me. I know that line well. But in I went. I quickly found out that her name is Hui Zi. To my dismay, there was a local man inside, talking and filling out a lot of papers. He kept asking Hui Zi questions and she kept having to read over his papers. I was not happy and she told me that he was from the credit card company, taking her application for a new credit card machine. Anyway, after what seemed like a long time, he eventually left.

We sat and talked. Eventually I asked Hui Zi to come over to my side of the bar and she sat next to me. We talked more. She is a sweetie. She put her hand on my shoulders, I put mine on her wonderful legs. In came another one of the bar girls and she sat next to me too. We all talked, both their hands on me, very friendly. I was having fun.  Another bar girl came in, and then another. 3 of them were really beautiful, long and slim with small but not tiny breasts. Very shapely, and with soft smooth skin. Short dresses. By now I was buying lots of lady drinks. But I had 3 girls around me, all with their hands on me, taking turns with their hands in my pants, my hands under their dresses. It was great.

Eventually we went to the back where there was a sofa. This is where it got really good. One of the girls closed the door of the bar and turned off all the lights. My fave girl of the bunch, Hui Zi, got completely undressed, buck naked except for her thin thong. 2 of the others were partially undressed, with skirts way above the waist line and bras off. My clothes were off. 3 girls all over me, with my hands and mouth taking turns on the girls. Oh the lovely feeling of my tongue on soft nipples, feeling them getting hard!!  The one who remained dressed started to give me a bbbj. She had amazing technique. This was happening while I had breasts in my mouth, my hands between the legs of one or the other girls....  heaven. These girls acted all in concert to give me a great time.  

All was good and I must say, I had more fun than even FS could give me. Eventually I came and we still played a bit while the bbbj girl went to clean herself and me.

But then a problem came up. They wanted almost 1600 RMB, after I had kept advising them that I had limits. We had to end by negotiating. That started to become tough as it is a real downer to be negotiating for this sort of entertainment. I regularly negotiate at work, but I do not like to do it with the girls. Eventually we settled at 1300 and I left mostly but not completely satisfied.

So .... go to this bar, you will have fun. Set the price limits early. And enjoy the girls.

Is Singles Bar the literal name? As well do you have a more precise location that could help the brother find the place?

Yes that is the literal name. I can not give you the precise location because I do not know the name of the street it is on, nor the intersection. But I can say this:  a) it is on the same street that most of the bars are on;  b) it is right next to several bars, one of which is Zombie Bar;  c) Obe has posted a map in this forum and you can use the map to locate the strip where all the bars are.

Good report hotchilly, some of these girls used to work in I love you bar and jumped ship a couple of months ago.

It is good fun, but can get expensive. I generally pas as I go sitting at the bar and always tell them my limit. I always buy 2 girls drinks, never more than that.

By 2 girls drinks I mean 2 girls... not 2 drinks lol and I pay after every time. Then when they talk of going to the sofa, you can keep a tab on the bill. I prefer zombie bar these days to be honest.

Went there yesterday (saturday night), the area was kind of dead unfortunately.

I have heard the bar scene in Shekou is basically on life support these days...

New laws now will enforce no smoking in bars in Shenzhen which will hit these bars hard. Not many punters would stand out the front of a girl bar for a quick smoke every 15 minutes.

Perhaps for a while these bars won't enforce the law until one of them is severely fined and made an example off.

From my personal experience, the smoking laws will have police so busy it will take them a year of Sunday's before they have time to deal with the small bars of Shekou.  I still see reputable restaurants having problems with smokers after they've had a few shots of Moutai.

That said, I hope you are wrong and that these fun bars will somehow survive and thrive - they sound like way too much fun to disappear.

Just so pushy for drinks, even more so lately! I went into singles bar with a friend a few nights ago, it was the only busy bar in the whole area! 4/5 guys in there play shit music.

We went into carefree, which now has a couple of pretty cute girls in there.

Shekou bar scene might be in big problem. Police are forcing all bars to install security cameras in "private areas". Still a great fun to drink and talk, but maybe extra fun stuff might be too risky.
