You're lucky if he's of the frisky type but still undercover.  You'll have an easy time showing off the local delights to him.  

If you do go to one of those TST clubs, on the way to and from the club I'd nonchalantly walk him through the plaza next to the Regal Kowloon.  You'll both have a good chuckle being accosted by the cute, newbie street walkers.

Heard the Emperor hotel KTV was one of those, not sure if its true though, never had the money to try it... Maybe someone can confirm (and not sure you can go unninvited).

Yes Emperor Hotel KTV is one of those I can confirm that. Try having dinner at the restaurant upstairs and then when you go outside for a smoke you can see them all coming to work around 9pm. haha. My son asked me one day as we were leaving the place, "wow look at all those tall chinese girls!! what are they doing all here? is there a pageant parade?". I reply "no idea." As the wife walks beside me. haha

I would agree with @whome, Wan Chai got a lot of bars which might fit what you're looking for. But I heard of guys getting tricked into buying expensive drinks and being charged a talking fee for the girls who lure you into the bars... But I'd go anyways, lots of hot girls.

If he's "frisky but won't admit it" then you're going to need critical mass to push him over the edge and into the fun and games he seeks.  I don't think that's a Wan Chai bar, simply because it's too much about him picking up a girl (essentially "admitting" it).  Whereas in a Club or KTV with a hottie on each arm and one rubbing his shoulders it turns into a situation where he just couldn't say "No" (and happily so!).  The guy gets to psychologically keep his whatever intact and compartmentalize that he was just done in by beauties.  just my humble opinion!

Agreed if you're looking for high class and prepared to drop a pretty penny, a lavish KTV place makes sense, would seem better than picking up WGs at a bars IMHO.

I also agree here as well ... I think he going to have to judge the guy on the night, both are valid options - as there are degrees of under the radar friskiness.

I've been into wan chai with a few guy who state I would never pay and just want a look around and perv. Couple of hours later there hailing a cab on jaffe rd with a girl and a big grin.

I'm sure there are, but as a rule its more of a civvie place...civvie students, civvie models, etc.

DI has model nights where models drink free, I want to say its wednesday but you should probably check. The time I went was about a year ago. My friend was club promoter and introduced me to a table of models, both guys and girls.

The funny thing about them is that they were all kids. Obviously by age, they were all in their lates/early 20s. They were alot less mature than WG's of the same age. They were trying to act sophisticated, but they lacked a "realness" you find in WGs.

It was also interesting that although they were all dressed well, they were actually just regular kids. People who I usually see dressed like them would be from rich families, etc. Some of the guys were checking out my watch and everyone was interested in hearing about my *legit* party stories from my time in Asia.

In the end my promoter friend and I took two Eastern European girls back who were his friends. He had a few "baggies" on him and we proceeded to go through them until 7am. I had an early meeting and I was a in a bad state, so I had to get out of there. LB was not fully functional anyways. Haha.

Actually Emperor Hotel is very famous for its Sichuan Food Restaurant. The KTV is situated in decent hotel up the road from the HK Sanitorium. It isnt some Mongkok 3 star hotel if you have been there.
