10 days in HK is long but since its your first time, you should plan ahead how your gonna maximize your stay so you can enjoy as much as you can.
Normally, tourists went to HK for shopping, lots of shopping and of course dining or maybe Disneyland.

I'm visiting HK 2nd week of September and if you can make adjustments, i can join you for a few days in HK and perhaps Macau if you want a side trip for more fun punting and a little gambling.

luckily HK is easy to get around (i only speak english too)...

I'd suggest the following:

1. nights in LKF (more for party)/Wan Chai (more for bars/red light)
2. couple nights in Macau (gambling and search D1)
3. The Peak is a usual attraction most tourists do
4.  Shopping shopping shopping...

For mongering I don't suggest you stick with a girl for 10 days... that's a long time.  HK mongering is an experience, go try the saunas, try 141 walkups, hotel walk-ins, picking up in Wan Chai bars... so many different ways and its fun every time.

It would quite pricey also, unlike thailand.

My suggest as an English speaker in HK is do some research and start chatting up on Skype, Yahoo, etc..

Personally i think 4  days in HK is more than enough, depending on what you like to do.

Lantau Island - Big Buddha and sky tram
Lamma Island (for seafood)
Stanley for tourist traps
Ladies Market for more shopping.
Ferry across harbor for nightscape
Dimsum at city hall maxims for harbor view

It's unlikely you can hire a companion in Hong Kong.  This isn't Thailand or the Philippines where you can barfine a girl and have her accompany you for several days.

Most sex providers in Hong Kong are mainland Chinese or local girls.  They simply can't take off for a week to be with you exclusively.  And that's assuming she can speak enough English to make a good companion.

So your only choice is to find a Filipina which are plentiful in the city.  However, a vast majority of them work as maids and certainly don't have time to spend 10 days with you.  Even 10 hours is questionable.

Simply put, companion services in Hong Kong are almost nonexistent.  Escort services are so rare (and expensive) that, in reading this forum devoted to Hong Kong mongering, I have read only a few scattered words about escorts.  Most of those posts were actually complaints about how expensive and nonperforming the girl was.

Since you're in Hong Kong, you should do what the locals do and sample the local flavor.  Hit the 141 clusters, walkup brothels and saunas.  As for find a hot girl to accompany you to see the sights during the day, I think you should surrender that idea.

I guess some Filipinas in Wan Cahi Bars will be more than happy to be a tour guide if the price is right.

How many Filipinas have nothing to do for 10 days to accompany you?  They're given visas to work in Hong Kong by a sponsoring employer.  Let's not think Filipinas are just sitting around with nothing to do in the city.   

I'm sure there are some Filipinas who somehow managed to enter Hong Kong for something other that to work for an employer.  But that's pretty rare.

^ I've never been to Bangkok, but I've been to Pattaya.  So I know how Thai mongering works.

There is no place in Hong Kong that resembles Nana.  Hong Kong has plentiful mongering but most of it is well-hidden.  There are buildings where over 200 working girls ply their trade -- but you'd never know it from the outside.  You're not going to get girls hanging out or calling for "handsum" men to come in.  In fact, Hong Kong has laws against this kind of in-your-face solicitation.

Getting girls to come to your hotel is rare.  Instead, you go to them.  I'm sure anything can be negotiated if you pay enough.  But I assure you, you will pay dearly.

There is a thread atop the "Reports by Nookie Newbies" subforum which provides plenty of information on how 141 mongering works and how to find the clusters.  141 mongering is efficient and easy.  Girls rarely rent 141 rooms alone.  99.9% of them are located next to other girls (hence, the "clusters").  Some clusters may only have 5 girls.  But the largest clusters can have 200+.  You would use this forum to find a cluster.  You would do so by finding the address of a provider.  You can be sure that next to that girl are other girls.  Once at the cluster, you ring doorbells at random.  

I can see how that seems scary for newbies, especially since the buildings tend to be dilapidated.  But Hong Kong has one of the safest mongering environments in the world.  And not only that, but it's completely legal.
