There is such thing as "too much of a good thing." I find that the third pop of the day is very forced. Sometimes the second pop of the day is not even all that enjoyable.
Its all mindset buddy!! If my frame of mind is in the right place, I've gone a few rounds per day! The mind is a very powerful thing! Then its about the body (conditioning) keeping up! Honestly, one great quality session is the most ideal generally.
