It's quite nice and clean but Hing Loong is still the best I have visited and feels premium. Anyways, there were few Russians and I would say couple of them were quite hot, unfortunately I was in hurry.. So when I left the building I crossed the street and I noticed there were boards about strictly 18+ and there was a lady who was on the door who was probably the receptionist.. any idea what these places are?
