Manama, Bahrain - help a mongering brother out

Hey, tried some searches, and nothing definitive here.  Can't find much on the interwebs either.

I'm going to be on biz in Manama, Bahrain in a few weeks, and was wondering with the wealth and breadth of experience of bros have here if someone could give me the intel I need.

My prior research indicates Clubs are where the action is at...often lots of Russian and PRC gals.  And also some hotel have Floors reserved for WG to service staying guests.  Then, I also read somewhere the entire area was swept clean of WG's.  

Again, i need some solid intel on where, when and how much.
