If you don't want to be cheated by someone who doesn't look like her pics, then as 56kicks says, ktv is probably the best way to go since you'll get a lineup in the nicer places in HK but they are expensive in HK. KTV's in China are better priced.

Or walkups since you can accept or reject before going in.

But I think that most ppl have been disappointed at one point or another before because of B&S or deadfishes. But that's all part of the mongering experience. If you get a bad one, don't give up, there are many gems out there.

Just go and experiment! You'll enjoy it and get hooked like the rest of us.

Well for starters my partner doesn't have c cup knocker! And I am dying to try a tit job!

Walkup apartments are all very clearly marked, with signs, flashing pink lights, etc. You can see the pink neon when you're rounding the corner or coming out of the elevator (one of my favorite things to see!). Don't knock on the door if it looks like a regular private home.

Buddy...if money seriously isn't a problem...and you want to have fun...get good looking gals without having to worry about how they look..go to a sauna..cause u get to look first..then pick....Plus saunas are more relaxing....u won't be as nervous...u can get some food...sit in the steam room..etc...

But don't worry, it only happens if you're focussed on a hidden gem (yup, they're worth taking a risk for) whose off the beaten track.  
For beginners, very unlikely to happen: the vast majority of 141s have big signs all over them ("Welcome", Sex 161, "lease Ring", "lease Wait", etc. etc.) and many even have big pink lights and decoration.     Even the stairwells have writing on them "come up to 4f" etc...  

... and in any case, you've made a clear note of which flat and which floor they're on - right??

Just beware of potential confusion around what is 1f - Chinese counting starts with 1f at ground level - UK counting starts with g/f, and 1f above it.  You can often see both represented in the stairwell: a Chinese character being 1 number higher than the Arabic numeral next to it!  Remember that and you're set.
