The easiest way is to go to Escape or Neptunes and find a Thai girl or Columbian and simply asked if she can find an extra girl to join.  I've done it several times but expensive.

Based on reading this forum regularly, the best option seems to be heading to D1 in Macau - only a ferry ride away so I consider this a reasonable distance to travel.  Also read that Viets or Thais are the best options for 3somes for lesbian action.

Its probably easy to find this at some of the Wanchai bars with Indo or Filipino girls as well, but probably safer heading to D1.  I prefer Thai/Indo/Filipina girls over PRC so I like these options over HGs in HK,
