Now it has closed it has massively changed the bar scene in wanchai, clubs which were previously dead are now heaving and clubs that were full of girls seem to have far to many men in them I have no doubt that neptunes will be open before too long ...

He told me they were doing some refurbishement and expected to open back in March. I don't know if any of that is true, I hope they can open again and now Wanchai sucks pretty hard. Went to Escape yesterday and you had way more guys than girls, the whole place being freaking packed to top it off. The guy at the entrance gave me a voucher for free drink at the Netpune 3 but I was too tired to go around and headed straight back home. It will be closed for around 6/7 months. Insiders is still dead, at least it was when I went in. Lots of the girls are now going to escape or J Forest. Place was packed after about 10 and had a band playing the nights I was there. Thursday night about 11 I left and went over to Boracay to meet in Indo pal and later  someone said the power had gone out at Nep2 and they were closed for the night.

He tells me they were after drugs , which apparently have been getting easier and easier to get in Neptunes 2. The LE were not interested in working girls/punters , just looking for drugs. Most of the punters and working girls were allowed to leave after they were frisked by the LE . There were WPC,s to search the girls . Apparently the LE had the toilets "locked down" so that no one could dump anything in the loos. He left after being searched and like most others who were there , got far away quickly .. He Didn,t see who was detained but was told there were some arrests. This guy was there , so this is NOT a rumor .Can,t verify about the arrests as it was second hand info.. Hope this helps... From there you have Makiti just down the road, Insiders (formally Laguna), Neptune III (Formally Dreams 2) and 109. Venture one street over onto Jaffe Rd and you'll find Joe Bananas... very good band. And across the road, Spicy Fingers. Went to Neptune 3 next to red devil bar, the 500had charge was waived, and had a few drinks.  Mostly 6/10 girls, which we passed on.  Went to Amazonian, but even lower std wg . Seems mostly older types around 30yrs old.   And not my cup of tea.   So on my way home empty handed.. started at 10:30 finished at 12:15.. Followup questions: Are there any strip clubs in hk? Are there any clubs that have higher class wg's maybe prc ? Cheers Bros

And the list goes on... Are they goign to ruin the great WC nights?! Everytime I went (weekdays I must admit) it felt quite empty. So its just about not letting too many people get in. The 500 fee would help (but I wouldnt pay 500 if I dont know whats in it).
