I have started exploring the potential of Weixin Wechat to approach WG and freelancers in the scene.
I would appreciate your enlightenment because so far I haven't found any actual WG.

How can I identify WG among others?

To my understanding they should have sexy or at least sharp pictures and a photo-log of other sexy pictures. Have found almost none with this criteria (except some that also portrayed their red legs (obviously because of a disease, not the shaving) or other veggie snaps).  

Once you identify a potential one how to assess that she is actually a WG?
I don't want to potentially offend civvies by querying them something like "$$$?"

No matter where I go, I always get more or less the same ~30 results of people nearby. I cannot believe there are so few. How to request for more contacts?

I have seen men with a status like "I have 2 spare condoms to use. Only for women". I'm sure you'll find a hole this way, but doubt can find much quality. Also, I doubt WG actively seek for new clients on Weixin. Do they?

Hmm, interesting. I'm interested to know how you came to the conclusion that there were WGs on WeChat; did you read something somewhere that said it was a hotspot for WGs and clients to hook up? If so, link please! If not, I would just stick to online databases like 141.

I've only ever seen this in Shenzhen.  I'm not sure why.  They contacted me with a price list.

All the WG's I keep in contact with all use weixin so it's not surprising that they can be contacted through that. However, none of them got 'sexy' photos of themselves on their profile page.

I actually found a WG on wechat, completely by accident.

I was in IFC Starbucks, decided to "look around" to see if anyone was nearby, was just a curiosity thing, was not looking for WGs - but right at the top within a few hundred meters was a girl who's profile picture was a pair of naked breasts! I checked out her profile, it was lots of picks of an older woman in lingerie in what what clearly a walk-up room! (No face shots, body was 2/5)

I was quite surprised, but figured I'd test it by sending her a greeting. No response. I rechecked the look aroun a few times, and saw that her distance was changing, which I took to mean she had to be walking somewhere, maybe she was even in the mall shopping who knows?

Then 30 mins later I get a greeting from someone with a different user name and different profile pic saying "hello mxq" - I didn't think anything of it and replied hi. Then I get two messages:

Sex?
Do you want?

I really didnt so I sent back LOL! The response was 'never mind' and I was promptly defriended! I assumed it was the same WG person I sent my Hi to, that she changed her user name and profile, or had two accounts, was too much of a coincidence otherwise.

Just popped over the border to SZ today, within 30 mins arriving there I received 2 wechat messages from WGs. I've never used wechat for this propose before, so its not like I have them on my friends list, I guess its just another working tool for them now.

Just got back from Macau. They are all over Wechat there, and it is obvious (naked pics, sexy pics, $$$ in their description, and so on).

Just curious, is this only around hk Shenzhen and Macau area? Anything near cities like Beijing and shanghai?

do a search for WECHAT on this forum. Some discussions have gone very indepth and detailed on how to find and idetify girls on WeChat.

Actually I did this search, but the information I read was of little use.

For example some people say that WG have their QQ number in the status -- never seen this near the places I visit.

Some others approach girls with "$$$?", which is clever but I think not very elegant... I don't want to offend civvies out there.

Other experienced lustful lords have described a more delicate approach, however this takes for granted that the contact is a potential WG. Now my question is, how to identify a potential WG?

I have found one that had an explicit nick (something with the meaning of WG), but she didn't reply to my inquiries.

So far I just got a number from a girl. Still have to meet her, but think she's just a civvie.

It is very popular with WG's around Lo Wu area. You can see by some of their pictures.

I live in SZ and have only ever been contacted one time by a WG. She added me and sent me her price list in Chinese. Strange as I have never seen her pic on 'Look Around' before.

I was stayin over in Central once & me and a friend were on look around and a walk up girl was on there, real pics in pink lights & everything. She was not nice looking at all, we sent her a message but she did not reply.

It seems really easy to tell who are WGs and who are not on Weixin, and it works almost anywhere I go.  I've used it in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Beijing, and Chengdu, among others.  There are always WGs in hotel areas, at least in my experience.  Look for sexy / cute photos, or ones with QQ numbers in the tag line.  (Although I think recently QQ numbers are going away, due to crackdowns on over-obvious WGs / agents using Weixin.)  Just send a hello and within a couple lines of Chat, you'll get an offer.  Very easy.

It used to be a totally easy because the WGs would advertise their QQ number. If you see a QQ number, it's a working girl. Gaoxing is correct that they've mostly stopped doing this though.

What I've noticed lately, in Shanghai at least, is you'll see an "fw" somewhere in their status. It stands for 服务 or FuWu which means "service" or to give service. Sometimes they'll try to make it less noticeable by writing it like a typo...like f.,~w, or other random punctuation around it.
