Gym

Would like to know how many of you practice gym?
I like to practice but I am busy and lost my pack of 6.
I like to go looking a the girl and doing some sports.
Maybe, need to motivate myself to restart to work.

what does GYM stand for ? and how is it practiced ?
you carry a 6 pack but you lost it ? ... get some at the supermarket !
In this forum one usually find girls to do specific sports !

lol, welll I go to the gym 6 days a week... I can understand how you've lost your motivation and you're probably bored. The trick is setting goals for yourself there. whether its to hit a certain amount of weight, get back your 6 pack, improve your performance, or even pick up a regular girl there, you need to strive for the goals and NEVER be satisfied. oh, and switch up your exercises every so often.

if you're in HK, suggest pure in IFC.. pricey but often can catch some lookers there than help motivate you to bench press those extra 5 lbs..

I never have the time to go to gym.  Still it's a good idea to build up a little for those 45 minute sessions.  I personally think a person should try something slow and work their way toward the cardio work outs.

Have been lifting weights regularly for the last 9 years or so but recently not so serious -
maybe 1-2 per week is enough. I just do it to maintain and not to turn into a blob
from all the great food HK has to offer!

A few weeks before Christmas, I started using a recumbent exercise bike. (my grandpa used to always ride it... but he's no longer using it)
Now I ride it 35-40 minutes every night before I take a shower and go to bed.
I've lost 5 pounds so far, legs are a LOT stronger now, and I feel like I have a lot more energy.

The newer bikes are VERY quiet, unlike treadmills.
And recumbent is easier on the back (I have a bad back)....

I normally download TV shows, so instead of watching in bed, I just cycle for a 1 hour TV show (minus the commercials, it's about 40 minutes).
By the time I'm done, I'm sweating, but don't really notice the time, because I'm watching TV.
