Bro, in my humble opinion, you're asking a forum of enthusiastic mongerers about whether we need help about our mongering is like asking a man who likes to drink whether he has a drinking problem.

Bro, regardless of whether it is true or not, do you really expect an honest reply?

I can tell you I do not have a problem.  But even I do not believe myself.  I could be right. I could be wrong.  Who knows?

I think the solution is not to define it as a problem but to embrace it.  Look, we do not (far as I know for you, it is true for me) directly hurt people.  We take pleasure in taking pleasure in sex.  Let that be enough.

Yes, I need help. My problem is that there are just too many gorgeous gals out there and not enough time or money in my pocket to fuck them all. My doc says the exercise is good. It keeps up my libido so that I have sex more often with the wife who doesn't really want more than one session per month or so. We support the economied of both Hong Kong and China. What were you asking again? I forgot the question.

i think it's a matter of balance.  If you think you're addicted, then you are.  If you think not, then not.

Objectively, is there a definition saying that if you have more than how many number of sex partners than you are?

I don't think anyone in these forums is a sex addict (or at least, anyone that takes time to post).
If someone WAS a sex addict, they wouldn't bother posting about mongering in a forum.
Posting takes too much time.... Sex addicts would be too busy having sex....

.. hello.. I am a sex addict.

I have none stop fantasies of having sex with every single girl I meet.  I can't help myself.  I wonder how every chick I encounter is going to feel.  When I see the 141 website.  This is fun, lots and lots girls.
I'd like have sex everyday but my wallet is won't support it.

accrd to wiki

Sexual addiction refers to a phenomenon in which individuals report being unable to manage their sexual behavior. It has also been called "sexual dependency," and "sexual compulsivity." The existence of the condition is not universally accepted by sexologists and its etiology, nature, and validity have been debated.

Proponents of the concept have offered varying descriptions, each according to their favored model of the putative phenomenon. Proponents of an addiction model of the phenomenon refer to it as "sexual addiction" and offer definitions based on substance addictions; proponents of lack-of-control models refer to it as "sexual compulsivity" and offer definitions based on obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD); etc. Skeptics believe that it is a myth that the phenomenon exists as a disease or disorder at all and is instead a by-product of cultural and other influences

Like any addiction when things become unmanageable, its like any addiction. unfortunately almost no one will admit its unmanageable during the problem phase

I'm not addicted, I can quit anytime I want, I must've quit a hundred times before.  It's easy.

One 'definition' I'd heard relating to other addictions is whether it adversely affects the rest of your life.  If your compulsion to drink, shoot up, smoke, fuck, whatever is so strong that you mess up your work life or your personal life then you're out of control and an addict.  Seemed like a sensible indicator to me.

I didn't do it.  Really I didn't.

Its like Richard Pryor says,

"Cocaine is not addictive, I have friends who have used it for 15 years, but they are not addicted."

I am not the Dr here, but I think compulsion may be the word. Most addicts are addicted to something that is physical like drugs or nicotine that is ingested and goes into their brain and has some chemical reaction.

Banging chicks for money is not physical in that sense, your body does not have a chemical reaction to doing it, although it is behavioral.

Are there any Drs or psychologists amongst us here?

Addictive or not, I enjoy it

The head above my shoulders isn't addicted to sex...
It's the head that's further down that has sexual addiction....

It's not my fault that the lower head steals all the blood, and therefor has decision making power....

It's like I'm a siamese twin... two heads fighting for control of one body....

i would have to disagree with this point. sex is and can be an addiction just like cocaine or weed or any other substance. just because it is not a tangible artifact does not mean it cannot be addictive. the only real difference is that instead of being something that we ingest into our own bodies, we insert something of our own into another body. but for sure there are definitely chemical reactions in the brain as a result of it and it definitely produces physical reactions.

for same reasons that shopping or other behavioural traits become addictions, its when the behaviour consumes and becomes habitual to the point where the individual accepts it as being habit and cannot willfully deny it as addiction.
