Mmm I thinking this could the strt of something. Last year there was a runout that neptunes was closing - nothin happened for a couple months then it did

I'm sure there is something going on a crackdown or something - not a heavy handed one subtle - like last year with the coopers checking the pubs ensure they had there doors closed after 11 in line with liciences.

Plus last summer there raids for over stayers in makati

Something going on but I can't quite put finger on it.
