Hi guys I am going to Macau and plan to visit Shenzhen, can you guys tell me a little bit about it?

I have been to Pattaya many times but not China, how pretty are the girls there compared to Shenzhen, price for the girls? prostitution is illegal there right so what happens if police comes? do they have mostly spa, saunas, k-tv or what is it like over there? price for hotels? mid range ones and up. thanks guys

Don't draw attention to yourself and you will be fine.

Good hotels (4 star) are typically 350rmb to 500rmb a night but if you use a site like Ctrip.com you can get cheaper.

Use the search feature to get information on Shenzhen.

Before I answer your question(s) - Can I ask why you choose to go to SZ from Macau? How many days do you have?

The reason I ask is because if I was in your shoes it would depend on the number of days I have:
If I have 2 days:
I would spend both days in Macau
If I have 5 days:
I would spend a day in Macau and 4 days in CP (you take a train 45 min from Luohu) - there are plenty of reports of that town and that deserves a thread of it's own.

In general, CP has everything Shenzhen has but on a bigger, better scale - it is after all the mongering capital of China.

Shenzhen has KTVs which are generally more expensive than CP (but after the price hikes in CP, only marginally)
Shenzhen has Saunas but on a much smaller scale than CP
Shenzhen has really good spa sort of places, where the massages come with handjobs for a price - and it's much more expensive since the tip is mandatory.

Frankly, the only reason I would go to Shenzhen would be for shopping, Hong Kong and the thigh massages in the spa places (which will set you back around 100RMB an hour

I have never been to Pattaya, but if it's anything like Phuket or Danok it means go-go bars, and lots of bar girls.

I think Shenzhen does have that scene, but much more muted - i can't vouch for it though since I have only heard of it.

In general if you like overnights, the way to go is to do a KTV mixer (sign up via a tour agent, pay around 300 RMB for the session), pick a gal from the flower street, sit her for the duration of the KTV, and if you like her bring her back.

If you like slam,bam thank you ma'am either a BBS (which I haven't and wouldn't try) or a Sauna (2 hours)

sorry what does CP stands for?

So if 5 days then spend 4 in CP huh? Sounds like CP is the place to go.

CP is Changping; it's in Dongguan. IF you go to Google Maps you will see it.

There are threads in CP in the Mainland China forum about it.

To get to CP from Macau, there are several ways
1. Take a boat from Macau to Shekou and then take the MTR from Shekou to Luohu, and the train station is there. CP is built around the Dongguan Train Station.
2. Cross the border to Zhuhai and take the bus from the bus station to Changping. I think this way is faster - but you will skip Shenzhen.

Once you get there - seek out a tour agent; Do you speak Mandarin?

yeah I can speak Mandarin fluently, I think I am just going to stay with just Macau for this trip. Will try out more areas the next time. Macau they mostly do Cantonese right? But 80%, 90% people can understand Mandarin?

I have visited Pattaya many times, I mostly visit the higher quality agogos there and get the girls from there. Can you guys do a comparison between that and the girls in China? I have heard girls from China are very pretty as well but not sure just how pretty heh. Are they starfish like? services etc.

In the Sauna most of the employees can speak Mandarin since it caters for the mainland crowd. In fact the casinos only allow speaking in English or Mandarin on the Poker Tables - not Cantonese.

That being said, the people themselves might only be able to understand Mandarin but speak Cantonese.

I've not been to Pattaya before, but if compared to Phuket, I would say Macau is way hotter. YMMV, but in general they are taller and fairer

since you are in macau, if you want a taste of China, try crossing the border to Zhuhai.
for KTV, you can try the one at 来魅力 Charming Hotel, just a 3 min walk from GongBei border.
for HJ massage, you can also try the 东方皇朝 East Spa at Charming Hotel.
for FS massage, you go to 金叶 JinYe Hotel just nearby Charming Hotel.

All these locations are close to Macau border, have lots of people, and relatively safe.
