For some reason, people come to this forum, see how useful it is, and think they can simply make meaningless one-line responses. Guys, the forum is valuable because meaningless responses are discouraged. Duh. If you are boring, you will piss people off.
Others notice that making posts is the way to unlock higher access rights, and think they can get away with boring and repetitive posts. So the next fastest way to get shut down is to make multiple identical or near-identical comments - such as "she's great" / "thanks for the wonderful report" / etc.

I'm just responding to this post because I don't know all the details to this thread. It too much to read and don't understand what's going on.
For one lines, this is a good example. There are about 18-19 pages of one liners,"she great", "thanks for your report", thanks for sharing", "long legs", etc. It's on the chat section and the thread is called, "I gotta do this girl!" on the Hong Kong side. It's not fun go through 18-19 page of useless post.

I don't know all the details because I don't have to time to read everything. I think SEAJ means well but he might be trying to change things too fast.
