There are 4/5 different ways you can get an gal overnight
KTV
Since you're in CP, and I assume you're alone, join a mixer KTV from an agent. You will pay around 300-350RMB for the session (comes with some drinks), and starts around 6pm. At the start of the KTV, there usually is what we call a "flower street", where the gals line up.
Unlike a BB or SN, the experience is more akin to a girlfriend experience. Where she sticks to you for the night in the KTV. There are 3 prices which will be explained to you by the agent. The first price is the sitting fee, which is the price to just have her be with you in the KTV, The second is the ST fee, which is the price you pay to take her back to your hotel and pump her once before letting her go. The third price is the overnight fee, where she stays with you and you can pump her at night and in the early morning.
For example if the price is 4-9-13, it means 400 RMB to sit her, 900 RMB to take her back ST(inclusive of sitting fee), 1300 to overnight her.All gals are theoretically up for it, unless they say upfront "no". If they say no after you sit her, you can complain to her mommy and ask her to go.
BBS
Go to a BBS, and ask the mommy for an overnighter. Usually it's around 600 for an overnight gal. Or you can just take her ST, and then if you like her enough ask her to extend for the day. Again since you're alone, just go to an agent. [Warning]: I've never done a BBS, and don't intend to - it just seems like it's too dodgy with underage gals.
Sauna
Personally I would not recommend this. SN gals are for 2 hours of wild animal sex, not to take home and get a good gf experience. It's up to you to negotiate with her. She will tell you she has to pay a fine to her company and you have to compensate her for her economic losses. Perhaps it's around 2000-3000 a day. Again I never did it before, but there was a gal that told me 1500 RMB, but I assume she was saying minimum and expected me to take her out doing normal stuff like shopping etc.
Wechat
Turn on wechat and do a lookaround, set your status to saying that you're looking for overnight, and people might contact you. Never tried it.
Gal on the Street
This applies not to just gal on the street, but also footie gals, shopgirls etc. Changping is a sex-town and everyone knows it. Because of the laxity of the situation gals tend to have lowered standards of "uppitiness". It's almost impossible for a girl to reject you if you ask her to go out with you on a date for the night (there might be conditions, like if she's a footie gal you've got to buy her hours) although that doesn't gurantee you sex. However, if you're charming enough or generous enough i think you'll easily find gals to overnight with you.
