Wow talk about bad timing, I just arrived into Hong Kong on Tuesday. I was keen to try out a walk in but now I'm not so sure.
On another note I did find another site called '********'. Should I give that site a shot or remain wary?

Jesus Christ! I thought the site was gone for good 2 days ago when all I could see on screen was the word "maintenance"  on a white page. Then yesterday I still could not get in as all saw was blanked out China and HK enter pages and get a "Service Temporarily Unavailable, Sorry" if I click on HK button.

Today the China and HK enter pages continue to be blanked out. I was only able to get on this forum via accident. I came in via the Thai 141 site, I confirmed this can be done via the Taiwan 141 site too. ps: I am entering from the USA.

How did you guys get in?

It is quite interesting to read some of the forums on the affiliated sites, ie Singapore and Malaysia, no one seems to know that their elder brother (HK) site got in big trouble.

Like it is said, there is always a silver lining in every crisis.

The quality of the reports should go up. It will be like the early days.

Lately so many reports have been so sparse in details because many writers found it very easy to link to the db photos to describe the girl. With the db down along with its pictures, quality and details of new reports should (hopefully) go up.

Of course there are the charmers who can always get the real photos and will get a lot of Ks. Then again they deserve the Ks, they are the charmers... you know the ones who can always get a girl's digits.

why are people still not posting the names or the web addresses of the other sites

before I can kinda understand, it's to stop promotion for other sites, and maybe some sense of loyalty

But as far as I know. this website is pretty dead it's just like another sex website YEARSSSS ago who used to be the #1 website, until a similar crackdown happen.

I say we should just be a bit more relax on these forum guidelines regarding to not posting 'rival' sites. At the end of the day everyone here is here to share information/experiences

this site is dead. It's also a matter of time this forum might die as well, but the way i see it, it'll probably take a VERY long time for the forum to die.

Chances of it coming back alive IMO is slim to none. The owners of this site probably have wayyyyy bigger issue to worry about compared to this sub-forum (English) of the main forum (Chinese forum) who is now releasing the names of rival sites. The only people who will ban others are basically moderators who still want to hold some sort of power on this forum.

As I said before this is just a suggestion. If there's some miracle that this site is brought back to life the new rules can be reverted.


Why am I so certain this site is dead. History do repeat itself, back in the days the other site got the same crack down and it NEVER came back. Now I don't know what happen to those who started the site, I don't know if they are in jail or just stayed away from this business or started another site, but the fact is the original site is gone and most people have forgotten about it already because new sites replaced it. The way I see it is this site (at least the HK section) is never gonna come back. HK government won't allow it. Think about the news if this site is back up again how bad will the police and HK gov look... it'll be ridiculous.

So once again, why are we trying to hide the names of the other rival site when:
1. this site is dead
2. the rules can be changed
3. the rule can always be reverted if it seems fitting to do so in the future
4. the owners probably don't care at this point

Finally just wanna add, it's not like I'm dying to know the names of the other sites because honestly I know them, I just think it's kinda backwards to be stuck with a rule that doesn't really have any real cause anymore.

Yes, the site is for people to share information but it is also two ways.  People need to contribute to the site also to make it work. That is the main reason I like this site instead of others where there are many lurkers.  If you are a newbie and start asking questions and wanting information on another site, you will get flammed without Reading and doing your homework or not contributing.

um... people contributing to this site no matter how much they contribute got nothing to do with what I just mentioned which is why aren't we allowed to share information about the other sites.

as far as admins go.... i don't think anybody wants to be 'officially' link to this website, or be on a payroll for this website at this point. (heck i'll be surprised if someone is STILL getting paid and working under this website) The only people who are really in charge right now are people who are doing this for free.

as far as contribution goes the 'ranking' mechanism works well enough already. People who shares more gets more 'points' those who shares less gets less 'points' and if you have enough points you level up and access more exclusive stuff. It's simple enough. Don't know why people need to emphasize it again. (in other words there's nothing really to disagree regarding to what angst just said... it just doesn't really address what i mentioned)
