When did the Chinese forum start?  There's been a wealth of information in both forums and I never found out about this site until about a year ago!

truth be told, the Chinese forum (most of the time) has way more info than the English forum when it comes to reports.  I only started posting on this forum regularly starting last year only because the Chinese forum has this incredibly stupid policy that you can't post a report until you have 20 credits.  How stupid is that?  The other thing I can't stand are all the stupid thank you's on the board, and the fact that they locked out my account for too many excessive password violations and I refuse to create a different account name.

Having said that, this site has been great and even therapeutic to some degree.  I don't see much in terms of fake reports since there's no point in it really.  In the MyRedbook site on San Francisco, the site is inundated with fake reports, because the operational model there is a bit too stupid - there, you have tons of pimps and/or customers who get favors from the girls in exchange for favorable reviews.  In addtion, they have this operational model where in order to access the reports section, you need to submit a report.  Hence, you get a lot of fake shit all over the place.

I totally agree.  That's why I sometimes read reports about San Francisco here rather than on myredbook becauseit's more likely the posts posted here are real and from fellow bros.  I do visit both sites and the quality of posts andlevel of detail are better here.

It's also a different atmosphere there, because it's discussion of an illegal activity. Any newcomber or question instantly gets accused of being a cop, yet those board members have no idea how real cops operate (and that some of their "trusted members," rather than clueless newbies, are likely cops). Most laughable is their idea that a police department doesn't have $20 to sign up for a review membership!

are you sure you're not Hideki?    I haven't seen him on that board in ages.  Then again, he's probably got 20 other aliases.

I really hope he has something else going on in his life, because it seems sad that the height of his existence is being invited to spend the night at an AAMP (then posting endlessly about it). A lot of sadcases there. That weird Longo guy (someone "outed" him as a disgraced physician?). And that redball guy, who seems extremely intelligent.

I haven't lurked on that board for years, but I still remember some of the characters.
