You are trying to do too much in too short of a time.  I overlooked your time constraints in my earlier post.  

Forget Lan Kwai Fong, as it takes quite a long time to chat, flirt, and seduce a local girl to bed for a decent fuck before your layover ends.  If I was you I would just go to TsimShaTsui (TST), via Airport Express Kowloon station then taxi,  which as a location it has the most 141's and HG available and very close to each other.  You should be able to arrive at TST by 1130pm at the latest.  

1st place I would go to is a 141.  Either before or after the act, you should ask the 141 girl to help you book a HG girl in the area.  Give her a tip for helping you book the HG.  Show her the tourist map (free at the airport) to show you how to get to the hotel.  If the booking is much later and you still have time before the HG appointment, then go visit another 141 girl in the area, you can ask the first girl for directions again.  Hopefully by 300am, you will have had at least two 141 girls and a HG under your belt, then you ask the concierge of the hotel where you visited the HG to get you a taxi to take you to a FS sauna like Sands Sauna which is very close.  

After some snacks to replenish yourself for final act and your 90 minutes massage/FS session is over at Sands or another, you take a taxi back to the Airport Express Station at Kowloon and take the 1st train at 5.53 am back to the airport.  Will get you back to airport by 6.15 am and then you sprint back through customs etc.  

If you pull the above off, you will have had shagged at least 4 girls in one night within the time constraints given.  Good luck and report back as I am curious to see how you did.

IMHO, the best way to spend your night is - now take a look in the DB of all HGs in TST; read all the recent reports, see which girls' agents can accept English speaking customers; take your fancy, 1st choice, 2nd choice, 3rd choice; after arrival in HK immediately book your girl for 1am, that is usually the time for their last session; go for 2nd or 3rd choice if the previous one is booked; head to LKF to enjoy the golden hour around midnight, ogle at the pretty girls to work up yourself to really hot; then hit TST before 1am, you can even save money by traveling on the last MTR train; bang the girl of your choice; then you can either head back to LKF or Wanchai to try your luck at "scavenging" for girls until you leave.

4 times will be quite a lot...let's see what i can do!

Ivar777.  Do you land at HKIA at 10PM or is that the time you expect to get to somewhere within HK city?  Also, is your flight at 7AM or do you just need to head to the airport by 7AM?

I ask because I think you should probably try the Macau saunas.   If you land at 10PM and depart at 7AM, then its probably not enough time but if your situation is as I ask, then you have plenty of time to hit a Macau sauna.

You can either take a ferry from HKIA or from HK to Macau - its only 1 hour.  Either way, you would be in Macau no later than midnight I think.  You can then hit a sauna for 3-5 hours and get a couple of sessions before heading back to HK or HKIA.  Review the ferry schedules to see if its possible.
