For the HGs, if the girl is listed as (Cantonese, Mandarin, English) then there is a good chance the agent will speak some English. For Walk-ups, you can do a search by language and then start sorting through the ones you like. Girls that are listed as speaking English & have "Mixed" as their nationality are more likely to speak some English.
