As I recall, there is a free anonymous STD clinic in Yau Ma Tei.  I should say, though, that many STDs are actually undetectable until a while later.  You should google the detection window.  The longest wait for detection is actually aids, which needs 3 to 6 months. It sucks, I know.  So is that week where you have to wait to get your results.  As well as the stern look on everyone's face when you go in for results.  Talk about poker face.  Anyway, it's a good lesson to learn and as you probably already know from doing hours of panic research on google, the chances of getting anything from a female in just one encounter is actually rather low.  That's not encouragement to do it again.

I think the AIDS detection window is generally much shorter now - advances in detection.
