After the 6 Months guilt trip thinking that my GF got Gonorrhea after giving me a CIM..... i have done alot of research and thinking.
I honestly don't worry about HIV anymore as I never ever will fuck anyone without a condom period, and I dont get drunk because I dont enjoy drinking. A yes its easier to be Guy as the chances are for guys get HIV is lower than girls and even so with the protection its safe to say its highly unlikely.
I set some rules for myself after that scare:
1. I keep my mongering to as little as possible & hopefully I can get rid of the urge. Have not monger for 6 months , compare to 4 to 10 times a month in the past I consider myself being much more responsible than in the past already.
2. I only go for BJ (BBBJ or CBJ) now, firstly because its "safer" compare to vaginal and anal intercourse & call me an asshole the chances for the receiver of getting something is much less compare to the giver.
3. Stay Healthy & encourage your partner too, a strong immune system can suppress some STD's like HPV.
4. Check up every 3 months, if you monger more frequently, a check up monthly is advisable especially you have a wife or in a serious relationship.
5. Facts:
Sorry to break it guys. MOST SEXUALLY ACTIVE PEOPLE HAVE HPV. Just that only 1% of people have outbreaks & woman is harder to tell as they need to do a pap smear to find out most of the times. HPV or warts is more like a Skin disease, its easily transmissible even with protection. The good news is that a healthy immune system can 99% of the time suppress that dam thing. So as I mention stay healthy guys. the 1% that experience an outbreak are normally people with weak immune system. As a result please always encourage your partner to have a Pap Smear check up occasionally, as HPV outbreak can hide in your body for years waiting for your immune system to weaken so they can break out. The better news is that even if a woman get infected with HPV it normally take up to eight or more years before cancer will develop to a deadly stage, as a result 3 years 1 time pap smear test is frequent enough. If you Monger its your responsibility tell your wife or your GF to do a pap smear (hell even tell your mum who knows if you got your mongering genes from your dad or not

Gonorrhoea, Chlamydia, Syphilis are curable so get check up boys frequently, the incubation period can be up to 3 months, as a result for example, I got BBBJ only ytd So i should check up Feb 12th 2012 to get the most accurate results. During this time when me and GF do it, I will make sure that I have no cuts on my bro, wash it clean (dont fucking scratch it), protected at all times and I would even turn down a BBBJ even if my GF offer me one. THere can be many excuses for turning down a BBBJ, "we just did it". "I want to fuck you more" (Make sure you wear condom correctly too). Make your partner as wet as possible to avoid possible tear in their vagina, if you got a big dick be gentle when going in and slowly thrusting for a dozen time first (it also makes the girl feel a bit romantic when you do it slowly initially & they get wetter too ).
Herpes: Scariest of All: You could be a silent carrier, medical check up is not exactly accurate, you can have it they can still miss it. You can get HSV 1 & 2 whether oral, vaginal or Anal sex. HSV 1 & 2 are deadly but HSV 2 is the one that is scariest. I don't want to sound like an arse hole. IF one day you and your partner show results for HSV 1 positive, and you are too scare to tell her that you got it from mongering, HSV 1 can sometime be mixed up with chicken pox virus, so you may come up with HSV 1 positive but actually not having it depending on which method the clinic uses to diagnoses you.
The guilt trip got me thinking. I want to hold it and not monger but unfortunately its my nature to spread my seeds. Some of the STDS are actually skin diseases, the fact is if you are in a serious relationship, lower your mongering to a level of necessity or even try to get rid of it all together. I only do BJs (as little as possible too) now for selfish reason as I dont get it as much from my partner as she is tired, and its lower risk compare to Vaginal and ANal sex, & for my selfish reason the giver is at higher risk than the receiver me. Even so Check up three months each time at minimum, safe sex with partner, drop the manly ego of being rough on your partner, you may hurt her physically and those physical wounds can get her infected if you caught something. Be responsible encourage them to go for pap smear, and together stay healthy together. I supply her with Mix vitamin and also eat salads with her as much as possible (since i need to loose some weight too). If possible during the incubation period avoid BBBJ and there are safer ways for sex. Having her suck my balls while I jack off on her face instead of BBBJ (dont shoot her fucking eye by the way). I finger her until she cums, sometimes multiple times, I get her so tired after that she will just falls asleep and I just let her sleep..... if vaginal sex the old rule, wear condom make sure its property worn, and make sure no tears on your penis & don't be rough.....No matter how small the risk is...its still too big, being responsible afterwards is really the only thing to do, its not a justification to monger but just to be a responsible human being and lower chances to even lower......
